When your website becomes
part of your business.

Information already recorded by the team can become reviewed website content. The response can then inform the next business decision. We built the software that connects those steps.

The details start with the work.

Customer and service information, schedules, documents and financial workflows sit within the same business platform.

Service details can be brought into the obituary publishing workflow, giving staff a starting point from the information already recorded.

Business information informs the website. Website and marketing activity inform the next decision.

A website that belongs
to the business.

Start with information already recorded.

Customer and service details can populate the obituary publishing workflow. Staff can review and complete the content without starting again in a separate website tool.

Publish through the same platform.

The public website reads published content from the business system. Obituaries, service information, approved guestbook entries and site content are connected to the staff tools that manage them.

Bring the response back into view.

Website analytics provides page activity and referring sources inside the staff portal. Marketing reporting brings together available publishing, review and search signals, with weekly summaries and suggested actions.

Use that context for the next decision.

The value is in seeing the pieces together: what the business is doing, what people encounter online and what the available evidence says about the response.

It gives the team a basis for reviewing what needs attention and improving the next piece of work.

Remove the re-entry.
Keep the review.

Moving information between systems and deciding what should be public are different jobs. In this workflow, existing records can supply the starting material. Staff still review and complete it before publication.

That gives the connection a clear purpose: help the team prepare the work while keeping the publishing decision with the people responsible for it.

Traffic is only part of the picture.

Marketing reporting needs to distinguish someone finding information from someone making an enquiry. The website’s enquiry tracking records a successful form response separately from a phone-link tap. A tap shows interest; it does not prove a conversation happened.

The reporting workflow brings available evidence into view and suggests next actions. It also allows for insufficient data. A change in traffic alone cannot establish that a campaign caused more business.

Try this in your own business.

Pick one detail that appears in both your business system and your website: a service description, an event date or an availability update. Follow who records it, who retypes it and who checks it. Then ask: could the information move automatically while the approval stays with the right person?

This case describes software and workflow connections we built. It does not claim a measured reduction in staff hours or a measured increase in revenue. It is a custom client implementation, distinct from the Hyphos product currently developing with design partners.
